At CoveBalm, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
